~GENERAL~

• Go easy on the swearing, both in character and out. Your admin gets easily annoyed by it, and so do many other people.
  
• No huge signatures please. Keep the width under four hundred fifty pixels. Same thing if you post any other images. It stretches the board. We do have an automated code that shrinks the image if you can't help yourself, but please do it yourself so the code doesn't have to.
  
• I appreciate any and all suggestions for bettering this site. Go ahead and PM me; chances are I'll like your idea, and if not, then I will keep it as a recommendation, maybe use it as the site grows.

~JOINING~

• One character per account. Your character's name, given and surname, should be set as the display name. (i.e. Jack Brown or `Jack Brown or Jack Brown; or even `jAcK BrOWn !!! but NOT just Jack or anything like ponyluver89 or J@ck Br0wn)
  
• You may have as many characters as you are capable of keeping active.
  
• Characters must be ages 14 and up.
  
• Use the form that's provided for your character bio.
  
• If I feel that there is something highly unlikely about a character's history I will ask you to change it.
  
• Celebrities are acceptable face claims. Please do not use drawings, however if they are anime, you must at least know the name of that character and post a realistic photo as well, not just anime. You do not have to have a face claim.
  
• And on that topic, do not name your character the same as their face claim or one of their big roles. Don't name an Adam Brody character Adam Brody or Seth Cohen or any obvious derivatives.
  
• Edward Cullen, or anything from Twilight, is not acceptable. Please come up with an original name. This means nothing from a movie or show.

~ROLE PLAYING~

• There is no minimum or maximum of words. But if you only post one line, please don't join. Give your other members something to work with at least. I understand we have our off days, but please, no one line posts.
  
• You may put icons or pictures of your character in your ic posts, but don't stretch the board and don't let it distract from the post. (Keep it at the top or bottom of the post.)
  
• The circle of life happens in this game. Deaths/murders I do need to be notified about, just so their account status etc can be changed, but if you want your character to die, power to you. Same goes for pregnancies. You can pick out your own birth stats, but just shoot a quick PM to one of the admins letting us know what's going on.
  
• Sex, alcohol, and all that stuff mama told you not to do is allowed. I do ask with sex though that it doesn't get overly graphic. You must fade to black when it gets indecent because frankly no one wants to read about your character's sex.
  
• All posts should be in third person, past tense, please.
  
• Click the spell check if you will. It makes you look cooler.
  
• Do not harass members about replying. Just don't.
